My Christian grandma made a comment about how often I listen to your sermons. She is beginning to recognize your voice, I don’t think she realizes how much these help me quite yet.

    1. [37:44] Everything happens for a reason
    2. [59:32] Don’t be hasty in passing out judgements
    3. [1:09:13] Taking an innocent life is extremely evil
    4. [1:13:10] Taking the lesser of the two evils
    5. [1:27:50] Allah protects your offspring through your righteousness
    6. [1:38:56] The humility of one who is more virtuous with those who are less than him.
    7. [1:39:47] Knowledge in one area shouldn’t stop you from taking knowledge from someone with expertise elsewhere
    8. [1:41:43] Having the correct manners with the teacher - with etiquette you will understand knowledge
    9. [1:45:07] Do not let one good hold you back from a greater good e.g. Leader in dawah scene leaves to seek knowledge despite leaving behind dawah.
    10. [1:47:42] Knowledge taught by Allah is in two types
    1. Knowledge gained by hard work.
    2. Knowledge gained by the blessing of Allah alone, through consistent and desperate supplication by his servant.
    11. [1:50:04] Be patient with the toughness of your teacher
    12. [1:54:46] To be patient, you must know what you’re getting into. Seek knowledge, and prepare yourself.
    13. [1:56:49] Entering Jannah by following the footsteps of Musa (AS) - One should study his or her Deen despite not seeking to become a mufti or religious scholar.
    14. [1:59:00] Don’t judge a book by its cover - someone might have a job or some form of barakah (wealth) but this does not excuse them from being in need.
    15. [1:59:44] Sometimes you can deal with the wealth of others for the overall good and avoidance of insolvency in the case you are capable, even without express permission.
    16. [2:00:58] Don’t hold someone to account for something done out of forgetfulness, in other words, try to be more forgiving for mistakes committed by forgetfulness.
    17. [2:01:20] Saying inshallah
Disclaimer: Some of the timestamp titles above might not be 100% correct or verbatim, I’ve done my best from what I could from watching the video. You should watch it all if you have the time and the ability Inshallah. This is just for reference and maybe if you would like to have them saved in your notes as mentioned by Ust Abu Taymiyyah.

There are two words which are gentle on the tongue, heavy on the scales, and beloved to ar-Rahmaan: -
    سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
Subhana allaahi wa bihamdihi, Subhana allaahil atheem
‘Far is Allah from imperfection and praise is for Him, Far is Allah The Sublime from imperfection.

Alhamdillahi, I teach Bulooq Al Maraam on thr online portal and 40 Hadith and I’ve taught the Bulooq 4 times now on the essentials course, unfortunately it’s not RUclips level due to the quality.
With videos like the above lecture which is 17 lessons from a Hadith/Quran passage, is something that I am trying to introduce to the general public, instead of just doing a lecture, here they can take away something a lot more علمي while it’s in an environment that the general public attend.

Arrogant people are deep down very insecure people deep down. Unfortunately we know to many people in our life time who fall /or fell into this category 😅
You just pity them, laugh at them.

It’s one of life’s greatest tragedies, especially when you see them for their insecurities. It takes great strength and wisdom to use such pain to increase humility and selflessness instead of arrogance and vanity.
